Our rack and hardware was in bad shape for years. We called NECall for support and they removed our old equipment with ZERO disruptions to our business. Workmanship was top notch. In fact; flawless. LAN cables in perfect order and position and not one error (cable mix up) detected on our telephone ports, computer ports and other facilities. NECall also upgraded our phone system hardware when we ported our numbers to a new carrier and they fully arranged our churn to this carrier. Zero disruptions again. When you’re running a medium sized SME and your communications stay active, that’s the point of difference between good or bad service providers. These guys are neither.
